AKABE

Mission

AKABE exists to amplify the world’s collective creative majority — the artists, communities, and networks shaping culture from every corner of the globe.

We’re building the infrastructure for that majority to be seen, paid, and connected: a place to showcase real work, build real networks, and create the kind of connection that turns ideas into movements.

Right now, that majority is scattered — a collective posting on one platform, a movement organizing in a group chat, an artist showcasing their work on a third. Momentum gets lost in the gaps between them. AKABE unites collectives, movements, and the people behind them in one place, so what’s happening doesn’t stay disjointed — it compounds.

Beta

AKABE is currently in beta. We're laying the foundations first — portfolios, networks, and meetups — before building out everything else we have planned.

Our focus right now is growing the community and learning from it. If there's something you'd like to see, tell us — beta is the time to shape what this becomes.

One Place, Not Ten

A collective, a movement, an individual artist — each one usually ends up spread across a different platform, a different group chat, a different login. Good work gets lost in the noise before it reaches the people who’d care about it.

AKABE brings all of it together: one home feed, one set of networks, one calendar of events — so a collective’s project, a movement’s call to action, and an individual’s portfolio can sit side by side, discoverable in the same place instead of scattered across ten different ones.
